Our Journey So Far

About Me

My name is Emma Stoba and from the age of 8 I have had a huge passion for horses.  At the age of 14 I decided I was going to have a career with these wonderful equines. 

When I was 16 I went to Brooksby College in Leicester where I started equine training, at this stage I was already established as a young rider and my passion was eventing.  

It was here I was lucky enough to meet the wonderful Lady Caroline Moore.  

At the time Caroline worked at the College and I went and did work experience at her eventing yard.  This was the start of a wonderful journey.  I went to many events, the horses in the yard competed from Novice to Badminton level and getting out of college and learning this way was amazing.

 I chose to be an equine coach and at the age of 18, I had gained my AI and to date I hold many qualifications, which includes my BHS4SR.

I have been coaching and driving horses up and down the country for 20years and having a transport company including Self- Drive has been a passion of mine.  

I started Horsey Hire after the unfortunate loss of my father which made me finally make the jump I also wanted.

I am DEFRA Approved and hold my type 1 license for horse transportation.

I have many supporters and would help to say a thank you to everyone for your help so far.  My biggest supporter and the one I have to say thank you to is my husband Scott Stoba.
